H. Perle takes pride in creating products meeting the highest standards in design, materials and craftsmanship. 

With proper care, H. Perle buckles will last generations.  H. Perle straps have a service expectancy that varies greatly with usage from months to decades.    

All H. Perle products are hand crafted and may vary slightly.  Stones may have inclusions or other distinguishing features.  However, great care is taken to deliver products free of manufacturing defects. We guarantee and warranty against any such defects that are clearly not the result of normal or abnormal wear and tear.  We will replace or repair any product that we determine to have a manufacturing defect.

You should expect the silver to scratch with normal use.  Although we use premium, tarnish resistant, sterling silver, some patina will most likely develop over the years.

We particularly encourage customers to be careful with our stone buckles - sorry, no rodeos.

The not so Fine Print:

This quality guarantee and replacement commitment does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, or improper handling. Nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of improper use or misuse.
